A unique opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic apprentice to join East Suffolk Council’s Property and Place Team as a Property Data and Support Apprentice. Property and Place manage a wide variety across East Suffolk, including Estates, Resorts, Southwold Harbour, building and land assets, and parking services. The team is responsible for delivering projects that support regeneration, economic growth, and high-quality public services. Your role To provide general property data administration support to the Council’s Property and Place Team, who are responsible for the day-to-day management of the Council’s non housing property estate. This role sits in the highly productive Property Data, Contracts and Support team within Property and Place who are responsible for a range of interesting projects, focusing on administration and digital improvement. This would include working on the website, data systems, data processes and other key administrative improvements for the wider team. You will need: You will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail, an aptitude for ICT, creativity and a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grades 4 -9/Grade C and above (or equivalent) including English and Maths. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
