About the Internship
We are excited to invite enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an HRM Intern. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resource Management while performing a variety of administrative tasks and supporting the HR department’s daily operations. If you're keen to develop a career in HRM, this internship offers a glimpse into how we manage payroll, recruitment, and employee growth, while you actively contribute to key HR functions.
As an HRM Intern, you will work closely with our HR team, supporting essential activities such as updating employee records, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You'll also assist in organizing and fine-tuning company HR policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment records.
2. Screen resumes, review application forms, and shortlist candidates.
3. Schedule and confirm interviews with prospective candidates.
4. Manage job advertisements: post, update, and remove ads from job boards, career sites, and social media.
5. Generate HR reports, including departmental training budgets.
6. Address employee inquiries related to benefits, including tracking vacation days and other entitlements.
7. Assist in the distribution of company policies, ensuring employees have access to them both digitally and in hard copy.
8. Collaborate in planning and executing company events, career fairs, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
1. Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).
2. Basic understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
3. Foundational knowledge of labor laws and employment standards.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
6. A proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
