Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Warehouse & Logistics, we are seeking to integrate a Fleet Manager who will play a pivotal role in optimizing the operation of our company's fleet across multiple locations, including our headquarters in Banbridge, as well as our sites in Glasgow, Inverness, Birmingham, and Frankfurt. The fleet comprises over 40 vehicles, including two lorries, seventeen vans, various company cars, ten forklifts, and a telehandler. The Fleet Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations across these diverse locations.
Essential Criteria
1. Minimum of 3 years in fleet management/operations on a fleet of 40+ vehicles.
2. Demonstrated experience managing a diverse fleet of vehicles.
3. Familiarity with fleet management software and telematics systems.
4. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair protocols.
5. In-depth understanding of transportation regulations and compliance standards.
6. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
7. Experience in budget management and cost control for fleet operations.
8. Ability to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
9. Awareness of health and safety regulations in fleet operations.
10. Full UK Driving Licence.
