They are looking for a talented and experienced office manager that shares their vision. They are a RICS regulated multidisciplinary building surveying company, specialising in sustainability of buildings, Retrofit PAS 2035 and visual marketing for properties. This is an immediate start!

Role Overview:
As an office manager, you will be the senior point of contact for new and existing customers, with a team of front line staff dealing with day to day activities. You will keep up to date with the surveyors’ diaries and calendars to ensure a smooth operation. You must be comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and their internal software to track appointments and keep customer information updated.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the team and ensuring KPI’s are met.
• The overseeing surveyors’ diaries, quality checking calendar efficiencies and ensuring a smooth operation
• The generation and dissemination of quotations, sales orders and invoicing.
• Data entry
Skills and Experience:
• Be fully competent on a computer and have a good understanding using Microsoft Work, Outlook and Excel
• Genuine passion to support clients with any questions, queries, or concerns.
• Calm and confident telephone manner, approachable with the ability to build a rapport with a wide range of
people.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, face to face, by email
• Must be able to provide recent work references to demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness
