Role Description
We are seeking a Visa Support Officer to join our team at Schengen Visa Ltd in the London Area, United Kingdom. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves assisting clients with their visa applications, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of visa submissions.
As part of the role, the Visa Support Officer will also be required to accompany applicants to visa centres to support throughout the submission process.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, organisational skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
Qualifications
* Strong Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
* Analytical Skills and Technical Support experience
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Fluency in additional languages is advantageous
* Proven work experience in a customer-facing or administrative role preferably in visa processing or a similar field is a plus
* Knowledge of visa application processes is a plus
