We are pleased to advertise a full time, Band 2 Administrator / Receptionist post to work at Killelea House in Brandlesholme, Bury.
You will provide an efficient and effective reception service to all staff, patients and visitors attending Killelea House and maintain an efficient office environment.
Main duties of the job
* General office duties including dealing with post, scanning, filing, registration of patients, making appointments, arranging transport, dealing with telephone calls, and providing clerical support to the service using computer and paper-based systems.
* Responsible for all office tasks, general maintenance and tidiness of the office and reception area while on duty, acting on requests from staff at Killelea House and other services in the Intermediate Tier and other agencies.
* Welcoming staff, customers, patients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* English and Maths GCSE or equivalent.
* Business Administration NVQ level 2 or equivalent experience in a clerical environment.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
* Keyboard and computer skills: proficient in computer programmes like Word.
* Previous reception or office experience.
* Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
* Experience in a health or social care setting.
