In response to the growing recognition of the energy sector's significance, we are collaborating with a climate change and infrastructure-focused trade association to recruit a Digital Content Design Manager for a newly established role.
As the Digital Content Design Manager, you will lead the development of the digital communications strategy, focusing on creating captivating and innovative digital content across diverse social media platforms.
Working within a dynamic team, you will closely collaborate with the wider directorate, including press communications and public affairs, as well as the Policy team to identify content opportunities that align with key messages.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Taking the lead on social media strategy and implementation in partnership with the Head of and Executive.
* Utilising your design skills to produce visually appealing content for various channels, such as banners, PowerPoint presentations, and event invitations.
* Engaging with their membership to identify promotional opportunities, collaborate on case studies, and coordinate campaigns.
* Overseeing the production of the weekly members' newsletter and other publications.
* Proficiency in managing social and digital media platforms, with a knack for crafting written content tailored to diverse audiences.
* Skill in creating engaging visual content using tools like InDesign, demonstrating creativity and originality.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences.
* Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment in decision-making.
* Enthusiasm for the energy sector and a commitment to contributing to net-zero goals.
* Desirable skills include proficiency in film production and editing.
* Familiarity with accessible communication principles is also advantageous.

Our client operates a hybrid working environment from their office in Central London, meeting as a team when required with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
