APPOINTMENT of a Welfare Officer 37 hours per week Term time plus inset days (39 weeks) Salary WSCC Grade 6, pt 9 (£26,409 FTE, Actual Salary £22,752) We are seeking to recruit a Welfare officer to lead and manage the school’s welfare provision. Supporting the school with the physical and emotional wellbeing of all pupils and staff, providing first aid and welfare support as appropriate. We are seeking applications from candidates with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills who understand the responsibility of confidentiality. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail. Applicants must be able to prioritise workload and work under pressure to meet conflicting demands and deadlines.
