This full-time role focuses on raising achievement through tailored interventions. Responsibilities: Deliver focused intervention sessions in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science. Collaborate with teachers to identify students requiring additional academic support. Track and evaluate student progress to inform future planning. Use creative strategies to engage and motivate students. Provide tailored support to students preparing for exams. Help bridge gaps in knowledge for underperforming students. Work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure consistent support at home and school. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant tutoring/teaching experience. Expertise in one or more core subjects. Excellent communication and assessment skills. Ability to inspire confidence and a love for learning.
