We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Systems Trainer with a background in sales and hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is keen to transition into training and sales operations, with full training provided on both our customised CV Library Dynamics system and best practices in delivering effective training.
As the Sales Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for training our sales teams on the effective use of Dynamics 365, ensuring they leverage the system to drive productivity, improve data accuracy, and enhance their sales processes. Additionally, you will take ownership of some key sales operations tasks related to the system, supporting continuous improvement and adoption.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales to new and existing team members.
* Develop training materials, guides, and resources to support user adoption.
* Act as a subject matter expert on the CV Library Dynamics 365 system, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting where necessary.
* Collaborate with sales leadership and operations teams to ensure system usage aligns with business objectives.
* Monitor and analyse system usage, identifying areas for improvement and additional training needs.
* Support basic sales operations tasks related to Dynamics 365, such as data accuracy checks, reporting assistance, and process optimisation.
* Stay up to date with Dynamics 365 updates and best practices, ensuring our training remains current and effective.
* Work closely with our Learning & Development team to enhance training delivery methods.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a sales role, with hands-on use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales.
* Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices.
* A passion for training, coaching, and supporting others in using technology effectively.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
* A proactive and organised approach to work, with strong problem-solving skills.
* Experience in sales operations or CRM administration is desirable but not essential.
* Willingness to learn and develop as a trainer (full training provided).
