I am looking to attract an experienced HR Administrator to join my client based in Leeds City Centre into a permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that genuinely makes a positive contribution to society. As an employer, my client has a real family feel, offering lots of flexibility and cares about employee welfare. You will be joining a small and supportive HR team and will be responsible for providing HR Administration support to the company, reporting into the HR Lead. The offices are based in Central Leeds, easily accessible by transport links. The team works on a hybrid basis, with around 2 days per week spent in the office.

1. Providing an efficient HR Administration support to the business across the full employee life cycle
2. Processing contract changes, new starters, leavers, promotions, transfers
3. Assisting with recruitment - managing agency relationships and sifting CVs from applications/job boards
4. Onboarding administration - ordering IT equipment and arranging security passes
5. Collating, checking and submitting information to the outsourced payroll provider
6. Ensuring HR records and the HRIS system are kept fully up to date
