Reception Manager – Hanover Square, Mayfair
* Location: Hanover Square, Mayfair, London
* Salary: £36,000 – £37,500 per annum
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am-7:00pm, rotating shift pattern (7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am to 7pm)
* Holidays: 23 days per year (plus public holidays), rising to 24 days after 1 year, and 25 days after 2 years of service

About the Role
Bennett Hay is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Reception Manager at a prestigious corporate location in Hanover Square, Mayfair. Working within our client’s flagship building, a prominent corporate landlord, you will lead the ground-floor reception services and ensure a world-class guest experience.
Your role will involve creating a memorable first impression, ensuring a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure, and responding efficiently to their needs. You will act as a customer service ambassador, setting the standards for guest experience and building strong relationships with tenants and service partners.
Lobby hosting will be a key part of this role, and expertise in this area will be highly valued. You will also play a vital role in fostering a sense of community in the building through communication, engagement, and a collaborative approach with other service providers.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and lead a high-performing reception team, offering training and coaching to colleagues to support their development.
* Create a positive team culture by motivating, recognising, and rewarding team performance.
* Manage building communications effectively, including through a dedicated app (strong IT skills required).
* Elevate the standards of customer engagement and service, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a prestigious corporate environment, ideally in a multi-tenanted building.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
* A passion for intuitive customer engagement and world-class service.
* A proactive, positive attitude with 100% commitment to the role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid knowledge of MS Office.
