Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Libertatem Healthcare Group as a Brain Injury Support Worker in Slough. You will be responsible for supporting a friendly, sociable man with day-to-day activities, community outings, and offering emotional support and companionship. The role requires experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate and patient approach.
Main Duties of the Job
As a Brain Injury Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
1. Supporting daily routines and personal tasks
2. Assisting with community outings and appointments
3. Encouraging independence and skill-building
4. Offering emotional support and friendly companionship
5. Keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team
The successful candidate will have:
