i-teachers are currently working with a wonderful primary school located in the Moseley area of Birmingham who are eager to add a dedicated SEN Learning Mentor to their Year 1 classroom, providing in-class support to pupils whilst supporting the class teacher in the planning and implementation of lessons.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils with high levels of SEN needs in and out of class
* Creating specifically tailored EHCP support for pupils with SEN
* Monday to Friday role based in one primary school
* Working hours: 08.30am – 15.30pm
* October 2024 to July 2025
* Paid £450 per week during term time with FREE online CPD courses
* Located in Birmingham (B7)
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum 2:2 UK based university degree
* Prior experience working with children or young people
* Strong academic background
* Good organisation and communication skills
* Ability to work with individuals and small groups
* *NO UK VISA sponsorship available with this role*
