The successful applicant will provide professional, holistic nursing care and support to patients, carers, and families within a variety of community settings, delivered with compassion, dignity, and respect. Applicants should have excellent communication skills and a flexible and adaptable approach to changing work patterns. A variety of shift patterns will be available over a 7-day service. Main duties of the job
The successful candidates will be required to function as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, to assess individual patient's care needs and escalate concerns to the correct member of the team. Working as a lone worker responsible for carrying out the delegation of tasks, assessments, and evaluations, and escalating concerns as appropriate.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
