As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with managers and teams, championing a culture of continuous improvement. Your role involves managing and supporting frontline delivery of CI projects and activities, ensuring alignment with our Manufacturing Excellence strategy. Key Responsibilities: Foster positive relationships and mutual respect within the team and with key stakeholders. Lead the deployment of improvement projects and action plans, driving operational enhancements in line with our roadmap and business goals. Utilise performance data analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges, guiding improvement initiatives. Optimise labour efficiency by assessing actual usage against standards and conducting line balancing exercises. Coach and enhance tier 1 and 2 meetings and team briefings, actively seeking areas for improvement. The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives. As a valued member of our team, you will bring the following skills and experience: - Functional skills in Level 2 Maths and English. Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), preferably within chilled food manufacturing. Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent Improvement Practitioner Apprenticeship. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience in people management, supported by training and/or qualifications. Functional skills in Level 2 Maths and English.
