Kev Responsibilities
Content Creation and Design
Produce and design all marketing materials, both digital and physical, including A-boards, leaflets, posters, online banners, adverts, and marketing emails.
Digital Marketing
- Manage SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
- Oversee Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Maintain and update the company website, including seasonal products, special offers, and general information.
Sales Growth
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales across all channels:
- Cafe/bakery sites (including merchandise and retail shelf products)
- Website sales (B2C)
- Catering services (B2B)
- Bakery School
- Bake at Home range
- Events Services
- Identify and develop new sales channels and opportunities.
Social Media Management
- Oversee all social media accounts, developing content strategies and managing execution.
- Collaborate with external photographers/videographers for content creation.
- Analyse social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Public Relations
- Manage digital and traditional PR efforts.
- Develop and maintain partnerships and influencer relationships.
Reporting and Analytics
- Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing performance and ROl.
- Analyse data to inform future marketing decisions and strategies.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touch points.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
Market Research
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Budget Management
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximise ROl.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., product development, sales, customer service) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and best practices.
- Excellent creative and design skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Outstanding communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
