Description
My client, a market leader in their field, is currently looking for a Credit Controller in the Manchester area, situated close to the city centre. This is an exciting role working for a fantastic company, with a working week of 37.5 hours on a permanent basis. The nature of this business allows for working hours that could be either (6am-2pm/7am-3pm).
Responsibilities within this role include:
1. Collecting account debt by telephone, email, and letter.
2. Reconciling customer accounts.
3. Maintaining good relationships with customers and clients.
If you have the following, it would be advantageous:
1. Sage knowledge.
2. Excellent knowledge of Excel.
3. Excellent client and customer relationship skills with good attention to detail.
4. The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
