Symbotic Talent is partnering with a scaling international renewable energy developer who leads the way in their field to identify a highly commercial Business Performance Manager. The business has achieved remarkable momentum in raising capital, hiring top talent and establishing local operational teams to build out their project pipeline across core markets. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to apply their experience of managing business performance through data insights to a dynamic and ambitious group operating across 4 countries. Reporting to the CFO and facing off to the CEO, Country development leads and Finance Teams, you will work to ensure the accurate delivery of timely performance reporting on a consistent basis with a strong emphasis on visual representation to provide insights and analysis at every stakeholder level. Key activities and responsibilities: Group level performance reporting – develop and operate consolidated project reporting for management analysis and performance monitoring Responsible for production of quarterly Board and Director packs Regular project level performance reporting – tracking and monitoring project KPIs against business targets, Investment Committee limits and financial budget Maintaining project and group mark-to-market database including reporting on variances and movements Regular project level financial reporting - apply structured reporting at project level to hold development teams accountable for spend, budget and variances Process improvement - Review processes and tools used by development teams for project tracking and recommend adaptations where considered appropriate Essential Experience: Financial analysis and performance reporting, budgeting and forecasting to align development teams with business goals, delivering high impact insights for executive decision making Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data from unstructured data sources Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and build relationships across the wider business Comfortable working in a lean hands-on environment Flexible and proactive with the ability to drive initiatives across the company This role may suit an experienced FP&A professional who wants to move into a business wide strategic role. This is a hybrid permanent position with an excellent benefits package and holidays. Minimum 2 days a week in the office. The company does not hold a sponsorship licence so full RTW is required.
