ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Room Service Manager, as Room Service Mini Bar Attendant, you will play a key role in our guest’s stay with us, by serving them food and drinks in he comfort of their own rooms and making them feel like they are in a home away from home. Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s opening and beyond. We are looking for people who as detail-oriented, a people-person and works well under pressure As Room Service Mini Bar Attendant, key aspects of your role will include: Regularly replenishing snacks, beverages and alcohol in guest rooms. Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, and report when items are missing. Answer guest requests about the mini bar items and address any issues or special requests. Organise and clean mini bars to ensure good working conditions for the guests. Remove any expired or damaged items. Maintain cleanliness of work areas. Follow health and safety regulations, especially regarding alcohol and perishable items.
