We are looking for an IT Assistant to be the first point of contact for all things I.T. What You’ll Be Doing: Working closely with the Systems Administrator and Support Lead you will be. Supporting all colleagues with I.T. queries, requests and incidents Administrating and supporting Microsoft Operating Systems, Desktops, Laptops, Microsoft 365, Network Connectivity, Multiple SaaS solutions and many I.T. peripherals Completing proactive and essential maintenance to prevent downtime on Endpoint and Infrastructure technology Managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Entra ID, Google Workspace and Multiple SaaS solutions Installing, configuring and updating I.T. managed hardware, software and services Supporting IT projects and rolling out new functionality, changes and new technology What We’re Looking For: A problem-solver with a desire to always do their best and keep the systems running smoothly Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment A security-conscious, detail-oriented professional who loves to stay ahead of potential issues Someone who enjoys variety in their job, as each day will be different Flexibility with hybrid working and maintenance work A team player ready to collaborate and support colleagues across our venues Someone who enjoys learning and a challenge If this sounds like a good role for you.
