Main responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
* Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Assisting with order processing and tracking.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Providing product and service information to customers.
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members.
* Producing detailed reports.
The successful candidate will have the following requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good MS Office skills.
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
