Exceptional, Flexible Customer Service Role – Luxury Brand We have a fantastic opening with a high-end, luxury brand manufacturer for an exceptional and polished Customer Consumer Agent to provide an outstanding customer experience for their business customers. What You’ll Do: Provide high-quality support and exceptional service. Processing orders, product registrations and returns / refunds. Handling queries on orders, stock availabilitypricing & technical support. Manage customer records & emails proactively. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues. Ensure smooth order processing & returns handling. Gain customer feedback to achieve continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: 2 years or more experience within a contact / customer service / call centre environment. Passion for excellence Strong customer service & communication skills. Quick to learn technical information. Resilience and Emotional Intelligence Ability to problem-solve, prioritise & multitask. Attention to detail & strong organisational skills. Knowledge of ERP & CRM systems (EFACS, Sage, HubSpot – desirable). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred). Experience with export & commercial invoicing (a plus). Why Join This Team?
