IT Client Relationship Manager Up to £65k (depending on experience) Hybrid working (3 days in the office) I am representing a leading specialist IT MSP who are looking for a skilled Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with their existing clients. This role will involve understanding clients' business and technology needs, creating long-term partnerships, and managing accounts to ensure success. Key Responsibilities: Understand clients' IT strategies and work with technical teams to develop solution-based roadmaps. Develop strategies to address client needs while identifying new opportunities for growth. Lead client presentations, demonstrate value-added solutions, and manage contract negotiations. Collaborate across departments to ensure excellent client service and handle escalations. Maintain client records and oversee regular client interactions and service reviews. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively suggest new services or upgrades. Ensure timely delivery of projects, managing client expectations and providing regular status updates. Qualifications: 3 years in account management or client development in a consultative, solutions-based environment. Strong understanding of technology infrastructure (Public Cloud, Microsoft 365, Cybersecurity, etc.). Project management experience, including cost management. Excellent communication skills, able to engage with technical and non-technical professionals, including VP and C-level executives. Financial sector experience with regulatory knowledge is a bonus.
