Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Landscape Architect on a permanent basis located in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Responsibilities
1. Monitor and supervise projects.
2. Support the project management team with technical expertise.
3. Carry out site visits, surveys, and inspections.
4. Strong technical, drafting, and graphic skills.
5. Proven ability to run medium to large scale complex projects whilst producing high-quality results.
6. You will be expected to work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary design teams both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
1. Minimum 5+ years demonstrable relevant post qualification experience and minimum of 3 years UK experience.
2. Rights to work in the UK.
3. Relevant experience in the Civil Engineering and Construction industry.
4. A relevant degree in Landscape Architecture or other relevant postgraduate/master's degree.
5. Chartered member status of the Landscape Institute (or near Chartered).
6. Extensive project delivery experience.
7. Strong IT skills, with experience of using all MS Office applications and highly proficient in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Lumion.
8. Be confident to work under minimum supervision and competent to check the work of others.
9. Experience of successful detailed planning and delivery of high-quality projects.
10. Ability to effectively liaise with other professionals on the project.
11. Good understanding of building regulations and standards as applicable to landscape projects.
12. Ability to produce clear working drawings for construction, including sections and construction details.
13. Knowledge and understanding of landscape designations.
14. Full understanding of CDM regulations.
15. Prepare cost estimates and oversee the project budget.
16. Ability to see a project through from design to delivery.
17. Strong organisational skills.
18. Creative flair and problem-solving ability.
19. Good plant knowledge and planting design and maintenance would be an advantage.
20. Clean driving licence and own vehicle; a pool car will be accessible for traveling for work.
21. Candidates must live within a 20 miles radius.
