What You'll Need
NVQ Level 4 (or working towards) in Social Care Management
3+ years' management experience in social care
Strong leadership, coaching & problem-solving skills
A positive, person-centred approach to learning disabilities, mental health & physical disabilities
Flexibility for on-call & management cover
Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
CQC registration eligibility
