If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you What You’ll Be Doing: Your role will involve a mix of client management, technical expertise, and teamwork. Key responsibilities include: Handling Claims: Communicating with clients, brokers, and insurers to keep everyone updated and secure the best possible outcomes. Administrative Tasks: Setting up new claims, processing collections, and maintaining accurate records across both paper and electronic systems. Crafting Correspondence and Reports: Preparing letters, emails, and templates, as well as generating reports to support decisions and maintain client happiness. Ensuring Compliance: Following company policies and regulatory requirements in all claims-related activities. Building Relationships: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and attending client, broker, or underwriter meetings as needed. Developing Expertise: Keeping up to date with industry developments, legal changes, and regulations while participating in training opportunities. Supporting the Team: Contributing to team initiatives, projects, and the growth of colleagues. Who We’re Looking For: We’re searching for someone who’s eager to succeed and ready to embrace challenges. You’ll ideally have: Experience in claims handling or a client-facing role in the insurance industry (preferred but not crucial). A good understanding of insurance principles and claims processes (desirable). Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect with clients and colleagues optimally. Strong organisational and planning abilities, especially under tight deadlines. A proactive, solution-oriented approach with negotiation and influencing skills. Resilience and calmness under pressure, with a flexible attitude. The ability to work as part of a team while also taking initiative independently. Qualifications: A-levels (grades A-C or equivalent) preferred. Progress toward professional qualifications, such as LLMIT or ACII, is desirable but not essential.
