What you will be doing: In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service whilst completing banking transactions as requested in our Canterbury Branch.
Your responsibilities will include: Building rapport face to face with our customers in a busy branch environment Accurately processing transactions and amendments on various types of savings accounts, such as: deposits and withdrawals; faster payments/CHAPS; amending account/customer details; registering bereavements/Power of attorneys Handling large sums of cash Opening new savings accounts Carrying out the daily banking within the branch Overseeing G4 S collections and deliveries Identifying and supporting our vulnerable customers Please note this is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months The hours of work will be 35 hours per week to be worked between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, plus a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month from 9am - 12.30pm.
Time back in lieu will be given for Saturdays worked.
