The Role
As an Internal Sales Support, you will play a key role in enabling the sales team to maximise their time with customers by handling a wide range of administrative and customer support tasks. You’ll be the backbone of the sales process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, quotation preparation, and CRM updates.
* Liaising with customers to handle inquiries, provide updates, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
* Assisting with sales reports, performance tracking, and identifying potential opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within an engineering or technical environment.
* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems.
* A proactive approach with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
