Responsibilities:
* As a Technical Services Engineer, I will help make the world more sustainable by ensuring our customers' services run smoothly. My role will involve monitoring, investigating, and diagnosing technical issues for our customers across the region. I will work as part of a team managing a large number of network devices, servers, and applications, following defined processes and procedures on a 24x7 basis. I will receive full training and will be part of a high-performing, friendly, and customer-focused engineering shift team that supports multiple customers and numerous technologies.
