Field Sales Account Executive – UK Hospitality Team Commerce Software Are you passionate about sales and the hospitality industry? We’re working with a leading technology solutions provider who is in hyper-growth mode and is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Account Executive to join their UK hospitality team. This role offers the opportunity to become an expert in the UK hospitality sector, driving new business and helping expand the company's footprint across the UK. You'll be the face of the company, engaging with prospects, delivering demonstrations, and driving the full sales cycle. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop deep expertise in the UK hospitality market Research and monitor competitors, their products, and marketing strategies Generate leads, conduct presentations, and close deals through cold calling, door-to-door, and face-to-face interactions Manage the full sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure Regularly visit customers to identify pain points and offer solutions Deliver in-person product demonstrations to potential clients Maintain accurate records within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Analyse pipeline metrics and take actionable steps to drive sales performance Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop new strategies and initiatives Attend networking events to build new business and relationships What You’ll Bring: 6 months experience in sales, preferably in technology or solution-based sales Strong understanding of the hospitality sector Experience in outbound sales with a focus on customer acquisition and relationship-building Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline A results-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed targets Strong time management and organisational skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment Proficiency in English (any additional languages are a bonus) Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with point-of-sale and technology systems If you’re looking for an exciting new challenge in the rapidly expanding hospitality tech space, we want to hear from you.
