In this role, the primary focus will be on scheduling and organising pitches, meetings and diligence reviews with inbound investors for the Company, working closely with the President & CEO, VP of Business Operations, the Chief Medical Officer, and the Chief Product and Technology Officer of Galvani. This is a fast-paced and challenging environment that provides the opportunity to work with a variety of people at different levels within the organisation as well as the biotech investment community. In this role you will Provide executive personal assistance to the President & CEO of Galvani Complex and fast paced meeting coordination across UK and US times zones for critical time sensitive meetings with potential investors Proactive diary management including scheduling and monitoring of appointments, anticipating requirements, and preparation for meetings Organise complex international travel including flights, ground transportation, and accommodation Additional information This position is part-time, 10-30 hours per week in the form of a fixed-term 6 month contract or secondment or part-time cover arrangement from elsewhere in GSK Group Ability to work across UK and US time zones is essential Why you?
