Job Title: National Account Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to oversee and manage client relationships for our growing company. The primary focus of this role is to prioritise client satisfaction, set achievable targets, and foster strong, healthy relationships with customers.
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
Salary: OTE £65,000 - £75,000
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
* Act as a senior representative of the company, working with key clients and partners.
* Negotiate and close agreements with large customers, ensuring SLA and KPI targets are reasonable and achievable.
* Develop and monitor targets and metrics for national accounts, suggesting improvements as needed.
* Regularly meet with clients and account managers to maintain and strengthen relationships.
* Address client complaints and queries, providing timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs.
* Lead presentations and proposals for national accounts.
* Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and new sales opportunities.
* Price contracts to meet the company’s gross margin expectations.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
* Proven experience in a regional or national account manager role.
* Expertise in managing complex, multi-faceted business relationships.
* Strong knowledge of managing end-to-end business processes.
