We seek:
A passionate and practical person to lead our Rainforest Squad and help manage our Rainforest Hub at Kilmory in Lochgilphead. The Hub is a busy base where we highlight Argyll’s rainforest as a resource to support enterprise, employment, and community connection.
About the role:
As Rainforest Operations Supervisor, you’ll take the lead on planning, scheduling, and supporting the day-to-day work of our Squad, a small team that’s learning valuable skills while helping to take Argyll’s Rainforest Strategy forward. You’ll help them grow in confidence and capability, making sure everyone stays safe, supported, and motivated.
You’ll also work closely with other ACT staff to help maintain our Rainforest Hub, support community activities and outdoor learning, manage practical projects like our new tree nursery, and keep things running smoothly.
