The Role:As Quality Manager, you will:
* Develop and implement a robust quality management system that aligns with industry standards and client requirements.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on quality matters to project teams, including project managers, site managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
* Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and drawings.
* Identify and address potential quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
* Develop and deliver quality-related training and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
* Maintain a comprehensive system for recording and reporting on quality performance.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure a consistent focus on quality throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For:
1. A proven track record in quality management within the civil engineering industry, ideally with experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
2. A strong understanding of quality management systems and standards, including ISO 9001 and relevant industry-specific quality standards.
