ABOUT THE ROLE
About the Role
Due to our clients increased workload, they are currently looking to recruit a commercially aware construction professional and are open to speaking to both well versed Contracts Managers or Quantity Surveyors.
Your role will include but not be limited to Negotiating and preparing Contracts whilst reporting to the owners of the business. In addition to this, you will also be assisting with compiling the documentation required for tender selection interviews and placing orders with Sub-Contractors and specialists. While not getting stuck in with these you will be Attending the site works including site meetings, assist preparing schedules of variations, co-ordinate valuations, co-ordinate the on-going budget through to final account. It will also be your responsibility to Ensure long lead in items are ordered and programmed accordingly. This role will also include assisting the contracts manager on the overall project to ensure time frames met, budgets or variations.
