About Position and details:

Job Purpose:
• Develops the architectural design and solution for Master Data Management
• Work with EA (Enterprise Architecture) team on standards, product roadmap, and architecture decisions based on the enterprise blueprint.
• Collaborate with global team members to deliver MDM / Governance team deliverables and capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
• Definition and management of project deliverables whose intent is to optimize usage of data within the organization.
• As SME, to lead delivery team on MDM related product installation, configuration, customization and optimization.
• Envisions, plans, and supports MDM solution implementation, providing guidance during the whole process.
• Works with internal teams, in a self-directed manner, throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in initiative impacting – or leveraging the understanding of – data storage and integration models.
• Responsible for the understanding, documentation, maintenance, and additional creation of master data related data-models (conceptual, logical, and physical) and database structures as they relate to activities mentioned above.
• Act as a reviewer of technical specification from a model perspective and participate in data quality testing.
• Responsible for driving clear understanding of the definition of master data acquisition, archival and recovery policies and provides leadership on technical implementation of the same.
• Collaborate with Data Quality & Governance Analyst and Data Governance Organization to assist with the monitoring and preservation of the quality of the master data.
• Create and maintain system specific master data data-dictionaries for domains in scope.
• Recommend data governance processes, organizational models, and MDM technology platforms to clients.
• Architect MDM solutions and provide business, governance, and technical recommendations.
• Facilitates solution design discussions.
• Can speak to the team and rather that at the team and is inclusive in design.
• Ability to develop and deliver solutions either individually or as part of a development team.
• Assists with evaluation and recommendations regarding purchased software packages, hardware platforms and supporting services.
• Assists with software and Contractor contract reviews.
• Defines and implements standards, shared components and approaches for projects and the Enterprise
