Key Responsibilities:
* Provide SEN support to students in a secondary school setting.
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons for students with special educational needs.
* Support classroom management and positive behavior reinforcement.
* Offer emotional and academic support tailored to individual student needs.
* Assist in creating and preparing learning materials and resources.
* Collaborate with staff to track and improve student progress and well-being.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in the UK (e.g., Passport, Birth Certificate).
* Enhanced Child Only DBS Certificate (We’ll assist you in obtaining this).
* Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC registration is required in Wales).
* Previous experience working with children or in a teaching assistant role is desirable, but not essential.
