We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with both power and hand tools, ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards.
Monday-Friday
8am-5pm
Responsibilities
* Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications and drawings.
* Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
* Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet required standards.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace within the warehouse environment.
* Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
* Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process, providing solutions as necessary.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a similar role is preferred.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Proficiency in using various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
* Experience working in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
