Apply now to join our team at Sherwood Forest Hospitals Main duties of the job The main responsibilities of the Project Implementation and Training Officer role include: Deliver a range of training to meet the needs of customers, including new starters and existing end users involved in new projects/systems. Ability to deliver training in a variety of formats, i.e., virtual, formal classroom, 1-2-1 tutor led, small group, and demonstration sessions. Creation of system specific training packages and supporting materials, e.g., creation and upkeeps of lesson plans, quick reference guides and eLearning. Administration requirements of the team in booking training, dealing with queries, and providing advice and guidance around system functionality. Interrogating systems functionality, investigating issues and problem solving, working towards being a systems expert. Encourage and facilitate the development and systems knowledge within the team to achieve shared business goals.
