The purpose of this position is to manage and coordinate the fulfilment of the organization's contract requirements. Providing leadership, management, and development of a defined contract, ensuring operational and financial commitments are met and exceeded.
Role Summary
1. Responsible for the contract management of the staff, operation and maintenance of all services, project works and Building performance.
2. Daily management of the Engineering team including compliance with disciplinary processes and procedures.
3. To direct, instruct and manage all staff under their control as well as SSP’s ensuring compliance with working practices.
4. To complete the weekly operations report to the client and attend weekly operations meeting, client meetings as requested, in conjunction with the client.
5. Ensure that all matters that may impact the smooth running of the building and facilities are immediately reported to both internal team and the contracts Senior Management.
6. To conduct regular reviews of operating procedures making recommendations for improvement with appropriate working practices and emergency/contingency procedures within the critical systems.
7. Liaise and keep informed both the client and the Area Manager on all aspects of contract problems (defects & deficiencies).
