Our client has a new vacancy for a Performance Manager at Stansted Airport in the car rental sector.
The Performance Manager role is to oversee the rental agents on the desk and along with them deliver targets on ancillary sales and net promoter score and to develop the skills of the team along with general management accountability.
The basic salary being offered is £27,300. In addition, you will receive monthly performance manager bonus (up to around £300-£500 monthly) along with commission you can earn on the front desk – between £1k-£3k a month.
The shifts are over a 2-week period, the working day is 12 hours, between the opening hours of 0600-0100, pattern below.
In 2 weeks, you will work 7 days, and every other weekend off

Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of rental sales agents to deliver five-star customer service.
* Work closely with the Station Manager to achieve incremental sales RPD targets.
* Maximise incremental sales through effective training, coaching and staff development.
* Manage staff performance, through documented reviews and corrective actions.
* Build an effective team through the promotion of a ‘Serviced Based Sales’ culture.
* Support the Company’s culture of ‘Continuous Improvement’ through daily communication with staff through dedicated coaching and feedback sessions.
* Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
* Ensure that the station consistently achieves KPIs.
