We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our well-established client nr Haydock on a full-time permanent basis.
As part of the Credit Control team, you will ensure all group debts are collected promptly and all queries are investigated.
The Role
Control and manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring Customer payments are received in a timely manner.
Issue Customer statements and invoices via email
Make and receive customer telephone calls.
Reply to Customer emails.
Assist in the resolution of customer queries to eliminate payment delays.
Reporting on debtors' status / overdue accounts
Maintaining accurate records
Consult with other departments to deliver a best-in-class service to customers.
Assist with general admin duties within department.
Observe and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Strong experience & understanding of Credit Control processes and compliance
Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills
