About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time Reception Lead to join us in looking after our patients, our team and our practice.
The ideal candidate would work alongside the Practice Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the practice. Your role would involve assisting in managing the practice and running the shop floor on a daily basis. All elements of Leading, developing and being an active member of the reception team including being the first customer facing point of contact, managing our contact lens patients and systems, px communication, sales, diary management and appointment booking and other administrative tasks. You will also have an understanding of the other roles within the practice. Full involvement in assisting the management team in looking after the premises.
You’ll be an integral part of the management team and will help us drive the practice forward, always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate.
We are looking for someone who shares our dedication to putting patients first and spending the time needed to get to find solutions for their individual visual needs.
Just as important to us is the way you interact with patients. Providing a friendly, informative, and empathetic service is a must.
