At XMA we have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Team Leader at our office in Nottingham. The Administration Team Leader plays a key role in guiding and supporting the Device Management team to deliver exceptional service to customers. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, providing regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to your team members.
While your primary focus will be on leadership, team development, and operational excellence, you will also support the team in maintaining efficient technical processes and meeting service-level agreements.
JOB SPECIFICATION: Administration Team Leader
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Leading, coaching and developing the team to ensure they perform at their best, delivering a consistent and professional service to customers.
• Conducting regular one-to-one meetings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to drive individual and team growth.
• Acting as the first point of escalation for team issues, guiding them to resolution while maintaining alignment with company policies.
• Supporting the team in managing warranty repairs, hardware provisioning, and equipment collection, ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the Hardware Support Manager to implement improvements and align team efforts with business goals.
• Conducting regular one-to-one meetings with team members to review performance, set goals, and provide constructive feedback.
• Delivering tailored coaching and mentoring to develop team members’ skills and career progression.
• Fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and idea-sharing.
• Leading by example, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to customer service excellence.
• Monitoring and managing team performance against KPIs, identifying training needs and addressing underperformance promptly.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer queries and requests.
• Supporting the team in managing the end-to-end journey for warranty repairs, hardware provisioning, and equipment collection.
• Acting as the first point of escalation for complex customer issues, resolving them efficiently and professionally.
REQUIREMENTS: Administration Team Leader
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with strong line management/ people management experience. You will manage a large team to drive performance so line management experience is a necessity for this role.
• Proven experience in a leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
