Job Description
Purpose
To provide support in the purchasing function by reconciling invoices, processing requisitions, and maintaining supplier records, ensuring efficient and accurate procurement operations while developing the skills and knowledge required to contribute effectively to the team.
Responsibilities
* Reconcile invoices from suppliers and invoices on hold.
* Process requisitions into purchase orders.
* Supplier setup.
* Online ordering.
* Maintain supplier accreditations in the system.
Qualifications
Required:
* GCSE grade 4 or above in Mathematics.
* GCSE grade 4 or above in English.
