Due to our growing business, we are looking to increase our Customer Services Team covering the South East.

As a Customer Service Team Member your role will include:
* First point of contact for our customers
* Handling of customer calls
* Responding to internet queries
* Management of surveyors' diaries
* Typing reports
* Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments
* Effectively planning and prioritising workload.
As a Customer Service Team Member you will be:
* Proactive, confident and positive
* Able to prioritise and multi-task
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Team player
* IT and Office Software Literate
* Knowledge of the London area would be advantageous
Hours of work are 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday working flexibly between 8.00am and 6.00pm depending on business needs.
