Salary - Negotiable based on experience
Hours – Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, occasionally you may be required to work outside of these hours when required, your hours will not exceed 1 working day.

My client, based in Maidenhead, are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their busy team, the company is global, with a small office in the UK. You will be supporting the Managing Director with the following tasks:
* Diary management
* Appointment/meeting booking
* Booking travel and hotels
* Minute taking
* Opening and distributing post
* Answering the phones
* Dealing with queries
* Providing quotes to clients
* Assisting the accounts team when required
* Maintaining staff records
* Ordering stationary
* Any ad hoc tasks as and when required.
Essential criteria:
* Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant experience
* Experience in diary management
* Minute taking experience
* Administration experience
* Highly organised
* Experience in booking hotels and travel
