Key Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring effective running of the service.
* Helping service users.
* Assisting with Rota creation.
* Supporting them to enjoy their favourite hobbies.
* Assistance with personal care.
The successful candidate will be on rota in a service every Monday to cover Team Leader governance tasks. The shifts pattern will vary between 07:00am-14:30pm and 14:00pm-22:00pm. These can differ from time to time with earlier finishes to meet service needs, with the requirement where needed to cover waking night shifts/sleep in shifts of 22:00-07:00.
For this service, we require staff who are able and willing to drive our company cars; therefore, you must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
We are looking for someone to join us to help achieve our aim of delivering a truly person-centred support service. In this role, you will support the Service Manager to ensure that excellent services are delivered and that the service is compliant with external regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for leading, advising, and motivating a staff team, and your duties will include staff supervision and team meetings.
In this role, you will be required to be highly flexible and participate in the 24-hour on-call rotational system, providing management support to staff and person-centred approaches to the people who use our service.
