Helpdesk Administrator
Salary: Up to £18,000 per annum

Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company, we are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator. This position is based in a large commercial building in Worcester.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday on a Rotational Shift basis, 07:00 – 15:30 / 09:30 – 18:00.
Duties for the Helpdesk Administrator will include:
* Issue PO’s for quoted works and update the quote log.
* Raise reactive works where required and ensure log books are updated.
* Generate and schedule PPM.
* Escalate client queries to sub-contractors and review progress until works are completed to standard.
* Deliver on-call and out-of-hours phone service.
* Ensure qualification registers are updated.
* Generate client monthly reports.
The successful Helpdesk Administrator must have the following:
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Skilled in Help Desk call processing.
* Able to effectively plan, prioritise, and allocate work.
* Maximo skills would be ideal; however, training can be provided.
